The size of Ascalon’s equity stake varies for each investment, depending on the maturity of the boutique fund manager and its capital requirements.

Distribution & Marketing

A key focus for Ascalon is the commercialisation of the boutiques in its portfolio. Ascalon has a team of experienced sales and marketing specialists to assist the boutiques in accessing the institutional, mezzanine and retail market in Australia.

The distribution team works closely with the boutique fund manager to create customized distribution solutions to suit their target market. Ascalon’s boutiques benefit from remaining focussed on their core business of investment management, leveraging the industry knowledge of the Ascalon distribution team and obtaining valuable market feedback for product development and distribution focus.
