Bank of Melbourne
We are closer
We’re closer to our customers as we’re connected to the communities in which we operate. Our staff get to know you personally. We offer personalised and friendly service coupled with innovative banking, wealth and insurance solutions that are tailored to the needs of Victorians.
We’re designing branches that will encourage interaction with our customers, not just transactions. And we have our own local customer contact centre to service Victorians. At Bank of Melbourne, the person you’re dealing with will take care of your needs and see them through to completion.
We are convenient
We offer convenience through operating hours that suit you. You’ll find us where you live and where you work. In August we’ll have nearly 50 branches and 100 ATMs, building on the St.George network that will become Bank of Melbourne. Over the next four years we will expand our network to over 100 branches and corporate banking centres, and 300 ATMs across Victoria.
We’re part of Australia’s largest local banking network. When you travel interstate you’ll have the convenience of visiting a St.George or BankSA branch and be recognised and served as a Bank of Melbourne customer.
We are a great place to work
We’ve got great staff coming across from St.George – you can meet them today if you visit a St.George branch to sign up as a Bank of Melbourne customer. We’re also hiring up to 800 new staff, covering diverse roles in our customer contact centre, branches and corporate banking centres, including new roles focussed on providing even better personalised service. You’ll find we have a unique culture offering career opportunities right here in Victoria.
